Privacy Policy
Information on the processing of personal data (Art. 13 GDPR) for people who send a request through dcustoms.pl, message on WhatsApp, call or e-mail.
1. Data controller
The controller of your data is Damian Kałużny, DCustoms – Mobile Car Electronics Service, 62-510 Konin, Poland, phone +48 575 251 273, e-mail DCustomsMobile@gmail.com. You can write to this address about anything concerning your data.
2. What data I collect
Only what you enter in the form: first name, phone number, e-mail (optional), town, VIN (optional), car details and a description of the problem, and where needed an ECU read file or a photo of your key.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Replying to your request, quoting and contacting you about the service – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Performing the service, including sending the finished file to the e-mail you give – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Invoicing and accounting duties – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Defending against claims and protecting the site against abuse – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but without a phone number I cannot call you back with a quote.
4. Who receives the data
I do not sell your data or share it for marketing. I use services that store or transmit data on my behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. – website hosting and form handling,
- Google (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Apps Script) – e-mail and storage of ECU read files and photos,
- ntfy.sh – a notification on my phone about a new request,
- WhatsApp (Meta) – only if you choose to send via WhatsApp.
Some of these companies operate in the USA. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long I keep the data
For as long as needed to handle the request and perform the service, and then until the limitation periods for claims and the periods required by tax law expire. Requests that did not lead to a service are deleted after 12 months at the latest.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just e-mail DCustomsMobile@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
I do not make automated decisions about you and do not profile you.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It only keeps the phone number from your last request in your browser (until you close the tab) to show it on the confirmation screen. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your device's IP address.

Key Price List
Estimated prices for one key with an aftermarket shell. Free travel within Konin and the nearby area, beyond that 1.50 zł/km both ways, over 100–150 km priced individually. I confirm the final price before I come.
Exact quote once you provide the VIN. The VIN lets me check which key is correct for your specific car and price the job based on the cost of the part (the key).

Without remote means a key with a transponder only, no buttons. With remote means a key with lock/unlock buttons, coded together with the remote. “—” means that keys for this model year come with a remote from the factory. Keyless (smart) key: 150–300 zł on top of the price of a key with remote. Each additional key coded during the same visit is priced separately, at a lower rate. For VW group and Audi cars the price depends on the immobilizer system and transponder: Immo I–III key with remote 350–450 zł, Immo IV 350–450 zł, ID46 (Touareg I, Phaeton) 350–400 zł, Audi A6 C6 400–500 zł, Audi Immo V (e.g. A4 B8, A6 C7) 450–600 zł, MQB (Megamos AES, ID49) 450–650 zł. I check the transponder type by VIN. Items marked “Individual quote” require checking the immobilizer version by VIN.
